Your satisfaction is something we take very seriously. When you're happy, we're happy. So if for any reason you open one of our bottles and don't like what you taste, please contact us and we will be happy to issue a full refund.

Shipping

We continuously watch the weather reports. Sometimes you'll be given an option to ship by Ground or Air, but during the HOT stretches, your only option will be AIR in order to protect the wine (wine + heat = bad... the combo can trigger secondary fermentation and generally "off" flavors). Of course if you'd like to discuss special arrangements or if you have any questions regarding the shipping options, please let us know.

If you happen to receive a shipment that was damaged in transit PLEASE contact us right away so we can work with the shipper to resolve the issue and to prevent future problems. And yes, we will send replacement wine ASAP as long as it is available. In the event the wine is all gone, we'll call you and you can tell us if you want a full refund or if there's something else you'd like in its place.

Over 21 Rule

Sorry kids, we don't make the laws. You must be at least 21 years of age to order, receive, and/or drink wine. To prove it, all deliveries will require an adult signature with official ID.
