These are the most comprehensive tastings of California wines in the world and showcases for the state’s small, family-owned wineries. Rhone Rangers 2012 - A Weekend Celebration of American Rhones
Saturday and Sunday, March 24-25, 2012; Fort Mason, San Francisco, CA

Fans of American Rhone wines will gather for the 15th Annual Rhone Rangers San Francisco Tasting on March 24-25th, 2012 at Fort Mason for the largest American Rhone wine event in the country. Over 2,000 consumers and members of the trade are expected to attend for the opoortunity to taste over 500 of the best American Rhone wines from more than 100 Rhone Rangers member wineries. The events take place over the course of two days with three seminars, a winemaker dinner, the Grand Tasting, and a live and silent auction. Tickets can be purchased a la carte, or for the best pricing use the weekend daytime events pass. Stage Left will be pouring at the Grand Tasting - more details TBD!

HARVEST CELEBRATION 2011
Saturday, November 5, 2011; 4-7pm at Stage Left Cellars

Come celebrate Mother Nature’s bounty at Stage Left Cellars 2nd Annual Harvest Celebration. Stage Left will be pouring wines from the new Fall Release: The Escape Artist 2008, The Breadwinner 2008, Petite Sirah 2008 and more. We'll be serving tacos from the Taco Bar (Chef John Thiel's latest project), featuring music by Park St. Trio, and offering chocolates from NoshThis.

Chef John Thiel has created a very special wine inspired menu - think Smoked Liberty Ranch Duck Confit paired with "The Scenic Route" 2007 and Fennel-Cumin Crusted Pork Loin with Tuscan Kale-Potato Gratin paired with "The Globetrotter" 2008 and and and... For our local fans, we'll be pouring at Vessel Gallery (471 25th Street in Oakland) this Friday 9/3 for Art Murmur from 5-9pm. Vessel is currently featuring paintings by Walter James Mansfield and jewelry by Rebecca Deans. And if you don't already know about Art Murmur, you should come check it out - 22+ Oakland galleries open their doors on the 1st Friday of each month to celebrate visual art. Come join the fun and enjoy a glass of Stage Left.

To help raise money for the Ohlone Humane Society's spay and neuter fund, we'll be pouring our wines at the Niles Essanay Silent Film Museum on Friday, July 16, 2010 at 7pm. Stage Left will be pouring at the Rhone Ranger's annual consumer and trade tasting in Seattle July 13 - 14, 2010.

Savor tastes from over 50 of the Seattle area's most talented chefs and purveyors of fine food and sip wine from lots of Rhone Ranger member wineries. This event is a celebration of fabulous food, wines, games, live jazz and a sparkling sunset, with all proceeds directly benefiting FareStart's job training and placement program. JUNE and Stage Left Cellars are teaming up for a special wine dinner on Thursday, June 17, 2010 at 7:00pm.

Think mint cured salmon, rabbit rillette, braised pork belly with mushroom fricassee - and once you've devoured all of that, dinner will be served! Seared duck breast and cote de boeuf with morels and more... Seriously. Of course we'll also be pairing our wines with each course - even pouring some of our library wines just to keep things interesting.
